Oak marine chest made of iron-banded oak wood. Chest used in the French Navy.

Its dimensions are as follows: 45 x 33 x 27 (height). Iron-banded chest with rivets, finely crafted handles and locks. Magnificent key featuring the fleur-de-lis motif, for the French Navy. Extremely rare chest in this condition.

I have seen another one dated 1849, identical to mine in every respect. Lock in perfect working order.
