Despite the early start and success of his first exhibitions - he began presenting his works at the age of 15 during numerous regional events - he chose to pursue studies in business and accounting that led him to work as an insurance agent for over two decades.

It was only in the fall of 1994 that he decided to dedicate himself fully and entirely to the practice of his art. He then opened a studio-gallery in his hometown, where he worked for nearly fifteen years.
