I propose this beautiful old cane. With a winding snake, viper, on a very thorny, all in one piece, as it should be. It is made of wood, a very hard wood and very tight, maybe boxwood? It is on the whole between very good & good condition, some cracks are to report. Its iron end has traces of glue (old) but it is not broken, just split (see photos).

Very nice work of sculpture and engraving for the snake / viper. Very nice work of popular art, beautiful finesse of execution.
