Very rare copy in large, beautiful bronze plaque. Peisson in memory, paris august 1908. Henry Alfred Dubois was a French sculptor and medalist, born in Rome August 21, 1859 and died in December 1943. Associate of the Society of French artists in 1883, he obtained a medal 3rd class in 1888 and a travel award, a medal 2nd class medal in 1893 and a 1st class in 1898. Honorable Mention at the 1889 World Fair in Paris, he received a silver medal at the universal exhibition of 1900 and passes out of competition at the show.
