Exceptional panel arched carved gilded with gold from a hospital chapel south of France. Lamb standing on book / cushion foreleg lifted carrying a cross adorned with a significant flag hospital on the order of Saint Jean de Jerusalem. Earlier era in the eighteenth century.

Dimensions: length 61 cm, height 35 cm. Good condition, fresh colors, the back an old tapestry is nailed, old tracks and insect bites, more active.
