Tin Dish Engraved With Gardener's Attributes 18th Swiss Plainpalais Geneve

  

Rare round pewter dish with moulure edge, engraved in the middle of gardening tools and two floral friezes of stylized motifs. It is dated 14 July, and we can read about it: "to the most apt of the countryside of plepalais " which is a genève district.

Quality punch: f crowned / j. Jean-Francois morel received master in 1764. Geneva, second half of the 18th century. Piece with a few traces on the surface. More than 1,000 collectibles permanently in my shop.
