Very nice old bronze walrus balance, complete of its trays, chains, original hanging system. Plates and gallows signed, to be identified. French work at the end of the 18th century, in a good state of conservation. Slightly twisted arrow, no gravity. Care taken in the manufacture and quality of the chains. The swivel hook system to prevent chains from intertwining. Probably missing a piece to hang it or rather place the wrought iron rear pivot.

Very nice set, decorative, carefully cleaned, not varnished. Shelf diameter: 24,3 cm. Weight off solid and secure packaging: 2.2 kg.
