18th century pewter pitcher with master's mark. SAINT-LÔ shoulder pitcher in pewter, flared foot, straight cup and thumbpiece with acorns. RUAULT became a master around 1734: crowned horse / 1734 / I. (Absolutely superb and complete marking - the most plausible explanation for the mention DV HAMEL is that this master was probably located in HAMEL, near PERCY, a locality close to ST LO).
