DELIVERY
Fast dispatch and careful packaging.

Delivery of bulky items:
Continental mainland France: delivery on a pallet to the entrance of your home within 5 to 10 days, or delivery inside your home within 8 to 20 days. Please contact us by message after purchase to let us know which option you prefer.

Collection in person is also available from our warehouse in Isère (38), France. You have 14 days from receipt of your item(s) to return them in good condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).

If your item arrives damaged despite the care we take with packaging, you may be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING AND, IF NECESSARY, OPEN THE PARCEL IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER. This allows you to refuse delivery if there is any damage. Write “Delivery refused: item broken, parcel damaged” on the delivery note, then contact us.
