Description: 18th-century wrought iron compass, with a riveted square head, featuring a fleur-de-lis-shaped drop and a stylized heart, with similar work on the other side of the compass. The pointed ends have curved bodies forming a geometric openwork design, an ace of spades. Good overall condition, with wear consistent with age and use.
