Handwritten document, framed under glass. It is dated 1899; letter or document, proclamation, to be determined. I was unable to read it, so I am not sure of its origin. Decorated letter in a religious style, with flowers and angels. The sheet is generally in good condition, with some signs of age and imperfections. Wooden frame, wooden back with some woodworm damage, and a few chips on the edges. It may be an interesting document to be identified.
