Please look carefully at the photos for any missing parts, wear, and defects. The string is missing, and one piece of wood that should support the “table” is broken/missing; see photo 4.

The metal blade is very heavy and just needs sharpening! Total height is approximately 43 cm. I think it dates from around 1900.
