Incomplete hallmark of Pierre RAOULT, received as a master around 1750: Saint-Pierre / rooster / 1777 / (PIERRE RAOULT A VITRAY). End of the 18th century. Diameter with handles 27 cm. Identification label on the bowl from Charles and Philippe Boucaud (Antiques dealer and expert in Paris).

A name on the back of the bowl P. Paradoxically, while Brittany had tin mines, the tin industry was very limited in its eastern part and almost non-existent in the rest of the region. Good state of preservation quite rare.
